Improving event documentation support

We need somebody to write documents about the following three kinds of events as how to:
We can also involve FSFE and FSF
Create 3 kind of scenario (maybe more) such as
1. Small village event: 1 table, 1-2 computers in a mall, public place, local café?
2. Medium size installfest, workshop, open discussions with topics ideas
3. Big conference style event

  - Encourage community to translate
