We use Moin Moin Wiki software. Here we add some tips on how to use the wiki. Generally this Wikis markup is very similar in its markup as the well know WikiPedia:MediaWiki but in many ways more powerful we believe. == Redirects == You like a short URL for your team? You should not create team pages at the root level! If you have a team name you may use a REDIRECT as a shortcut, because we can not offer you any better solution right now. An example of a Redirect page is melb (to Melbourne). Actually its not much more than writing "{}" at the start of a page. (see HelpOnProcessingInstructions) == Markup == The Wiki does support different markup and markup highlighting. (See also HelpOnParsers) == InterWiki == Moin supports a great deal of InterWiki links like {}. This makes linking much quicker and flexible. More InterWiki links can be added to InterWikiMap. == Categories == Moin supports categories. They are at the bottom of each page and Start with Category - like "{CategoryTeam}. Please use the existing categories where they apply. See HelpOnCategories == Templates == Templates are used differently in comparison with Mediawiki. In Moin templates are real templates in the sense that they are barebone forms that you can load when creating a new page. You should not copy any content from a template to a wiki page. Instead you should use the create forms to create a region or a team! See HelpOnTemplates == Attachments & Archives == You can attach files to every wiki page. And you can attach archives. We urge you to use ZIP files, because this wiki supports ZIP, which means user can look inside a zip archive or one can unpack ZIP in the wiki. Attachments can be done under Actions link on the top and then "Attachments" (depends on language). So ZIP is a good opportunity if you want to upload many files at once. you can then unpack them and even delete the archive afterwards. See also HelpOnActions/AttachFile ---- CategoryWorldWide
