Brussels is the capital of Belgium, famous for manneken pis and the Atomium. It's also where you find the European Parliament. Furthermore, Brussels is the place where a multitude of cultures come together.
Belgium is known for its great beers (not free though), and of the big European event called FOSDEM. Every year, during FOSDEM, we have a few thousand FLOSS developers and enthusiasts from all over Europe exchanging ideas and working on their project.
