ITG-X is a community of developers, admins, techies and hobbyist. It formed over Facebook. It also has a G+ community. ITG-X is place for technology enthusiast, hobbyist, hackers, and pros who call Cagayan de Oro their hometown to hangout.

Capitol University was founded in 1971 in the city of Cagayan de Oro. World famous and highly acclaimed, the University has been the long standing partner of ITG-X and Software Freedom Day celebrations.
