Villupuram GNU/Linux Users Group
Villupuram GLUG started in 2013 is an independent group which encourages the use of Free and Open source softwares(FOSS) and brings it front among the people.It is a part of FSFTN(Free Software Foundation-Tamilnadu) and has been supported by FSFTN and PuduvaiGLUG for celebrating various public events such as Software Freedom day,Education Freedom day and together we take Free Software to educational institutions & common people.
The team has been going well with active members at various levels.VillupuramGLUG is mostly comprised of college students from various colleges in and around Villupuram. This is our first celebration of SFD and we are looking forward to it and aiming for a huge success.
Venue : V.R.P. Higher Secondary School,Ranganathan Road,Villupuram.
