1.Spoken-Tutorials language translation's dead air (muted period)

When English spoken tutorials are translated to regional language, then due to slightly different amount of time to convey the same "phrase", there is a small duration of *silence*. This time gap needs to be filled with some background music. An automated way of solving this problem is desired.
