- Email and ask Graham for venue (date September 21 afternoon from 2pm to 6pm for a venue of 200 ppl sitting indoor + some space for around 4 booths + some space smaller rooms nearby for workshops, otherwise workshops can be done in booths?)

- Get back in touch with Amanda (mer/sailfish?)
- Ask Mathieu's manager (security? business with FOSS? technical track?)
- Design and produce promotional items (posters, banners, tshirts, stickers, etc)
