My team / region is not listed?

This is most likely because you have erased the categories at the bottom of your page. A team needs to have CategoryRegion at the bottom. You can add categories via drop down menu. A team has to be linked by hand on a region page!

I only see english content

Most of the content is indeed in english. But you can check what language you have selected in your user settings and your browser. If your browser is set in your local language you should still be able to see the content in a localized language, even if you did not set the language as a prefence in wiki. Generally the following languages could be localized: German, Spanish, Frensh . If you like to see more languages, you may need to help us translating.
