This page is about video conferencing between SFD locations. The plan is that webcams in a SFD location connect to each other for the time of the event and the participants are able to see and talk to each other.

VLC + IceCast: http://en.flossmanuals.net/vlc/ch015_streaming-to-icecast/ - IceCast should have ability to switch between locations.
