We hope you'll right something catchy that will help encourage people to attend a Software Freedom Day event in their area. You can use [[https://musescore.org/en|MuseScore]] notation software to help create your song. You can use other Free music programs to create entries such as [[https://abcmidi.sourceforge.io/|ABC Notation]], [[https://timidity.sourceforge.net/|TiMidity++]] with [[https://freepats.zenvoid.org/|FreePats]], [[https://github.com/sugarlabs/musicblocks/|Music Blocks]] and [[https://tenacityaudio.org/|Tenacity]]. You can also see [[https://www.distasis.com/recipes/music.htm|Recipes for Music on your PC]] for one tutorial on creating original music with FLOSS software. Feel free to compose whatever you'd like as long as it's relevant to Software Freedom Day and Free Software. It could be an acoustic arrangement, an acapella song or electronically created with FOSS. Use your creativity and imagination. You could also create a SFD filk song by using a well-known public domain tune and creating your own lyrics for it. Create any music you think would help spread the word about our 20th edition celebration. Let's see what you can come up with.
