REQUEST FOR FREE COPIES OF LINUX DISTROS

Dear Sir,

With due respect , i would like to introduce myself as the Team leader for the ECOSS.

ECOSS is the self organized body initiated by the Department of Computer Science & Engg. Of Roland Institute of Tech. , India.

ECOSS stands for Engineer's Consortium for Open-Source Software. You can visit is @ http://www.ecoss.in

Basically the team consitutes the believers of Open-source Software engineering. Basically our working with computer for traversing the linux world is powered by OpenSuse .

For installing OpenSuse we need to download the DVD from such a place where internet connetion & other resources are extremly fast.

As per the notification by the Software Freedom Day Consortium we have planned to celebrate the SFD10 on 14th - 18th Sep 2010.

In this program we are planning to distribute OpenSuse 11.2 DVD. We would be very much thankful to you if you could be supply us with free DVDs with the OpenSuse logo & stickers. Also we are expecting hard copy of the OpenSuse 11.2 User Manual that we can put over the library for reference.

We are expecting around 500 Participants [Almost all are Computer Science & IT Engineering graduates and faculties of Orissa State]. If it is possible then send us the required amount of the Disks that we can distribute to the students.
