We organize seminars, lessons and presentations which anyone can attend and participate freely! Also, at our headquarters there is the '''Thessaloniki GNU/Linux Laboratory''', which anyone can visit and learn more about FS/OSS.

= SFD 2015 =
On 26 September 2015, we are planning to celebrate SFD 2015, with various activities which includes promoting Free Software, GNU/Linux Distributions and Open Content.
During the day there will be an information booth at the center of the city, at Agias Sofias Square, where our Members and friends of FOSS will gather and inform people about Free Software.
In the afternoon the activities will continue at our headquarters, with presentations and an install fest.
The presentations will be about two hours and will include a main presentation for FOSS in general, the SFD 2015 and the advantages in using Free Software, and a special presentation about the new project "BusinessPi"  [http://businesspi.github.io/], which is about a "Μinimalistic LAMP stack with VTiger CRM for the open hardware Pi-board".

Ο '''GreekLUG''' (''Ελληνική Ένωση Φίλων Ελεύθερου Λογισμικού'') είναι μια Ελληνική Μη Κυβερνητική Οργάνωση/Σύλλογος, του οποίο ο σκοπός είναι η προώθηση του ΕΛ/ΛΑΚ, όπως το λειτουργικό σύστημα GNU/Linux.
Οργανώνουμε σεμινάρια, μαθήματα και παρουσιάσεις στις οποίες μπορεί ο καθένας να συμμετέχει και να παρακολουθήσει δωρεάν! Επίσης, στην έδρα μας βρίσκεται το '''Εργαστήριο GNU/Linux Θεσσαλονίκης''', το οποίο μπορεί να επισκεφθεί ο καθένας και να μάθει περισσότερα για το ΕΛ/ΛΑΚ.

Η έδρα μας και Εργαστήριο GNU/Linux Θεσσαλονίκης βρίσκονται '''Εγνατίας 96, στην Πυλαία'''.


= SFD 2015 =
Στις 26 Σεπτεμβρίου 2015, σχεδιάζουμε να γιορτάσουμε το SFD 2015, με διάφορες δράσεις που περιέχουν στην προώθηση του Ελεύθερου Λογισμικού, των διανομών GNU/Linux και το Ανοικτό Περιεχόμενο.
Κατά την διάρκεια της ημέρας θα υπάρχει ένα στάντ πληροφοριών στο κέντρο της πόλης, στην Πλατεία Αγίας Σοφίας, όπου τα Μέλη μας και φίλοι του ΕΛ/ΛΑΚ θα συγκεντρωθούν και θα ενημερώνουν τον κόσμο για το Ελεύθερο Λογισμικό.
Το απόγευμα οι δράσεις θα συνεχιστούν στην έδρα μας, με παρουσιάσεις και ένα install fest.
Οι παρουσιάσεις θα διαρκέσουν για δύο περίπου ώρες και θα αφορούν μία γενική παρουσίαση για το ΕΛ/ΛΑΚ, την SFD 2015 και τα πλεονεκτήματα χρήσης Ελεύθερου Λογισμικού, και μία ειδική παρουσίαση για το νέο έργο "BusinessPi"  [http://businesspi.github.io/], το οποίο αφορά ένα "Μινιμαλιστικό LAMP stack με VTiger CRM για το ανοικτό hardware Pi-board".
