=== Jordan Open Source Association ===

The Jordan Open Source Association (JOSA) is a non-profit organization based in Amman and registered under the Jordanian Ministry of Information and Communication Technology. 

The Jordan Open Source Association has activities in different fields related to Open Source, Open Content and Open Education. Having the promotion of these in Jordan as main mission, JOSA cooperates with different organizations locally and internationally to spread the word about software freedom, Creative Commons and several open source technologies including Linux, Drupal and others. 

The association provides as well professional and community based technical support for these technologies and, within its activities, implements open source projects for the good of the Jordanian society and its critical sectors, including local NGOs and educational institutions. 

JOSA leads different research and development projects related to Open Source in Jordan and the Arab World.
