Stellenbosch University Linux Users Group. Find out more about us [[http://sulug.sun.ac.za|here]]. Basically a group of people based in Stellenbosch, mostly students of the University of Stellenbosch who are interested in the promotion of Linux and other open source developments.

Although SFD is set for Saturday 17 September, we will be focusing our efforts on the preceding Friday, as this is when we can reach the most people.

Our location will be at the General Engineering Building on the corner of Joubert and Banghoek road.
We will run a table from at least 09:00-14:00 on Friday the 16th of September.
There will be several people around the entire mornign demonstrating various aspects of free software, doing linux installs if required and general support.
We hope to encourage more people to make use of open source software and join the local community.
