The initial plan is to get the London voluntary (NGO) sector involved as well as the LUG and raise awareness among NGOs about FOSS and Ubuntu in particular using a community centre: 

 * Demo laptops with Ubuntu and various FOSS apps
 * Demo Ubuntu LTSP server 
 * Ubuntu installations
 * Barbecue! 
 * Other activities contributed by other London FOSS groups
